Board of Directors Meeting held at Bob Stewart’s Home

January 12, 2023

President Bob Stewart started the Meeting at 7:05 P.M.

Review/Approve Minutes of Previous Meetings

After a discussion, a motion was made by Dennis and seconded by Peter to approve the minutes of the June 13, 2022 Board Meeting. Motion Passed.

A motion was made by Peter and seconded by Rene to approve the minutes of the Special Meeting held October 4, 2022. Motion Passed

Review need to notify DRCO Members when meetings are held

After a short discussion including review of our Bylaws, the Secretary agreed to send out notices 10 days before each meeting. The list of DRCO Members with email addresses, password, and process will be given to her.

Mailbox on Bjorn broken the first week of October 2022

All mailboxes were initially purchased and installed in 2008.

The President went through the process he went through the process to get to this point –

DRCO has received a check from the insurance company for $150 that will cover the labor and hardware needed to get the mailbox installed.

When the mailbox arrives (presently in Portland, Oregon), it will be installed.

Financials

After a discussion, a motion was made by Rene and seconded by Peter to accept the June to December 2022 expenses. Motion Passed.

The Financial Report for 2022 was approved by motion.

The 2022 IRS filing will be made online, as required.

The Board will send questions about the 2023 DRCO Budget as presented by the Treasurer.

Tree Stumps

There was a discussion about tree stumps that remain in our Community after many of our trees had to be removed. The discussion moved to the topic of a “well-kept yard”.

 President Stewart adjourned the meeting.
